About The Position
This position works out of our Abbott Park, IL in the CHR Corporate Human Resources division. The Manager, Talent And Organization Consulting serves as a division talent and organization consultant TOC consulting leader. Plans, executes, and delivers talent and organization strategies and interventions to address the assigned division's business priorities and support needs including: Developing division talent and organization strategy to support the execution of business strategy and the unique business needs of the division. Determining how talent and organization solutions are used to achieve long-term business impact success and add value to meet organizational needs. Analyzing, designing, and delivering a range of talent and organization solutions and designing and implementing talent development interventions to meet employee and organizational needs.
