About The Position

Vantage is seeking a high-potential, meticulous and dynamic Manager, Talent Acquisition, NA. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcers that drive the full talent acquisition lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will lead and support a specific Vantage business line that will continue to evolve as our business grows. Fundamental to this will be the effective development and execution of the company’s hiring plan, headcount planning, data-driven reporting, diversity and inclusion, and scaling culture. You will use our values and strive for greatness to guide and develop the next generation of employees to empower Vantage Data Centers to continue to succeed in achieving its mission and vision. This position will play a pivotal role in our company’s growth and maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with proven leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical and operational roles nationwide.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HireEZ, or other sourcing automation tools.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization.
  • Travel required is expected to be up to 10%, but may increase as the business evolves.

Nice To Haves

  • Data center industry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with military hiring programs a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of full-cycle recruiters and sourcers; provide regular performance feedback, development plans, and support for individual growth.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Drive recruiter and sourcer enablement through upskilling sessions on sourcing, recruiting techniques, compensation alignment, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
  • Champion Vantage core values and embody inclusive leadership in daily work and decision-making.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiations while creating a lasting and impactful candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
  • Lead effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the data center industry.
  • Collaborate and meet regularly with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and guide them on proper recruitment process.
  • Post enhanced and inclusive job descriptions by utilizing our technology stack across various job boards.
  • Meet assigned TA and Vantage department goals, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives and take individual ownership as assigned.
  • Serve as the team’s go-to expert for data interpretation, insights storytelling, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for executive briefings, business reviews, and TA performance health checks.
  • Lead REQ reviews with business leaders and team members.
  • Train team members to interpret data and drive decisions using metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate drop-off points, DEI representation, and source of hire.
  • Utilize metrics and KPIs to identify blockers and implement risks mitigation strategies
  • Partner with HR team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient talent acquisition process.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team, Compensation, and hiring managers to develop job descriptions, drive compensation discussions, and provide market insights based on your market.
  • Work with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed to best support hiring efforts.
  • Champion the adoption and evolution of TA tools including Workday, Power BI, Indeed, LinkedIn, GoodTime, HireEZ, AI, and more.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation or improvements where applicable.
  • Support the continuous optimization of our ATS and other recruiting systems.
  • Partner with TA leaders across North America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure globally aligned processes with local customization and collaborate on enhancements where opportunities exist.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Management.
