About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in designing, creating, and implementing a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy to identify, attract, and hire top talent across North America. This position involves recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for approximately 2,000 positions annually, serving as a strategic business partner to provide timely advice to business leaders and HR professionals regarding talent markets and employer branding.
