About The Position
As a key member of the People & Culture leadership team, the Manager, Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in driving the hiring strategy for a fast-paced, growth-oriented company. This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing a team of experienced recruiters managing end-to-end hiring processes across the PartsSource family of companies. The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for ensuring a high-quality, data-driven, and consistent hiring experience that aligns with the company's culture and business needs. This leader will optimize hiring practices, drive operational excellence, and partner with key stakeholders to attract top talent in a competitive market. This is a hybrid position with in-office work expected Tuesday-Thursday at our Hudson, OH or Hoffman Estates, IL office.
