About The Position
This position works out of our Lake County, Abbott Park, Illinois USA site in the Corporate HR division. Join Abbott's world-class Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. Abbott's Talent Acquisition Operations team delivers high quality solutions through cutting edge technology that improves the hiring manager and candidate experience as well increase recruiter efficiency. We leverage our strategic partnerships with both internal Abbott HR Technology staff and third-party vendors to complete these implementations. The Talent Acquisition Operations team is responsible for the project management, vendor management, training, communications and effectiveness reporting associated with these implementations.
