And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary The Finance Reporting team is working on accelerating the growth of our business by implementing new opportunities and solutions. We partner with teams across the company to improve the profitability, scalability, and defensibility of our business model. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated and a self-starter. This role requires strong analytical skills, independent thinking, and system programming experience. A qualified candidate will have a natural curiosity and strong business acumen to proactively identify, evaluate and communicate business performance using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Ensures adherence to financial controls and policies.
• Must have ability to summarize complicated financial data in a simple and concise way.
• Tableau Development: 5+ years in design, development, and optimization interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Expertise in Google BigQuery SQL & Database Management

• Partnering skills; ability to function effectively in the team environment or independently.
• Ability to learn quickly in fast paced environment and someone who is a self-starter.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data automation is an advantage.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations that meet business requirements and enhance decision-making processes.
• Review, Refine and Optimize visualizations that are already built by the business teams for performance efficiency and speed.
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
