As part of our ongoing efforts, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Manager, Sustainability Customer Engagement. This role will support our Commercial teams and global customers by managing sustainability-related engagements, coordinating marketing materials, and ensuring seamless collaboration across partnerships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, have proven ability to drive success with key customers, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact within our sustainability strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strategic understanding of veterinary healthcare for livestock and companion animals.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer management, sustainability program support or related field.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience developing marketing and presentation materials for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer engagements for Sustainability, including tracking and managing on-brand content for customer meetings.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials for customer meetings and major events, providing direct support to Commercial teams.
  • Liaise with Commercial communications team to deliver impactful content for sustainability.
  • Analyze customer expectations and sustainability needs aligned with Driven to Care, through data collection and engagement, and develop targeted projects and initiatives that address these priorities
  • Complete customer surveys related to sustainability and ensure timely, accurate responses.
  • Maintain and manage data on customer requests, needs, deliverables, and outstanding items, including tracking timelines and status.
  • Coordinate and support sustainability partnerships, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration.
  • Maintain data on market trends in sustainability and sustainability linked regulations related to livestock and petcare customers
  • Support additional areas identified by the Sustainability team as necessary for this role.
