There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
The position involves the design and development of suspension aggregates for Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV), Intermediate Commercial Vehicles (ICV), and Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV). The candidate must have experience in at least one full project cycle in Bogie Suspension. The role requires delivering suspension aggregates according to Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Weight (QCDW) standards for various projects, necessitating good domain knowledge of suspension systems and kinematics, as well as wheel alignment parameters such as caster, camber, and thrust angle. Additionally, the candidate will handle product lifecycle activities for new and modification projects, including CAD data proposal preparation and EBOM release activities. The role also involves resolving build and validation concerns, designing allied activities like SOR, CIR, DFMEA, DVP, and FTR preparation and signoff, and interacting with cross-functional teams for DFM, DFA, and DFS clearances. The candidate will be responsible for ideation and implementation of IMCR activities, as well as having knowledge in vehicle dynamics, physical metallurgy, and manufacturing processes. The position requires ensuring engineering project deliverables meet TCP targets.
