About The Position

The Clinical Manager Cardiac Surgery Service Line (CSL) is an active member of the CSL leadership team. He/she reports directly to the Senior Director Cardiac Service Line. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Montana Registered Nurse License. Upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years Nursing experience in the specialty of the unit (Cardiac, ICU, Neuro/ortho, L&D, Med/Surg, Peds, etc.)
• 1 year Previous experience in a leadership role.
• 1 year Must have a good understanding of quality outcome measures specific to clinical Unit and be able to apply indicators and quality outcomes to drive bedside practice.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association
• 3 years In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular nursing experience
