The program manager is responsible for the programs, services and operations of the Biller Patient and Family Resource Center, the Marybelle's Boutique, the Patient Resources Program, Patient and Family Advisory Council and Volunteer Services. The manager works closely with Department of Supportive Care Medicine teams, City of Hope's Patient and Family Advisory councils and additional collaborators to continually enhance, expand, evaluate, and market the Biller Resource Center programs and services. The manager will implement systems, processes, and procedures to improve services, operations, and efficiency as well as respond to changes within the Institution and changes in the external environment.
