Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or Business Administration .
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, and procurement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Nice To Haves
- APICS certification (CPIM or CRM) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement of raw materials , inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Manage internal and off-site warehouses to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Coordinate shipping and transportation logistics , including freight pricing and scheduling.
- Communicate with plant leadership on stock availability, shipment dates, and production needs.
- Implement inventory management systems and conduct cycle counts.
- Negotiate vendor contracts in collaboration with corporate purchasing.
- Lead and develop your team through coaching, goal setting, and performance evaluations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Apply manufacturing techniques such as JIT and MRPII to optimize operations.
- Maintain 24-hour emergency availability for critical supply chain needs.
