About The Position

The Manager, Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation at Mondelēz International is responsible for supporting the Innovation to Market (I2M) and Initiative Management (IIM) processes at the site level. This role involves effective planning and execution of changes related to new and existing products, packaging, and processes. The manager will lead project development and execution, ensuring alignment with the site’s strategic plan and operational goals while driving simplification and productivity improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong operational and manufacturing experience in the CPG industry.
  • Experience with TPM, 5S, LEAN, and 6 Sigma tools and concepts.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end processes in manufacturing and business environments.
  • Working knowledge of the commercialization process (I2M).
  • Project leadership and management skills with a focus on technical and financial aspects.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to lead tactical programs.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.

Responsibilities

  • Support I2M/IIM processes within the site.
  • Provide site AR write-ups and prepare critical site inputs for Regional BD, specifically for IIM Design Reviews.
  • Lead Project Verification and Design Reviews, ensuring master data and material availability.
  • Act as the key interface between Commercial stakeholders and Engineering/Manufacturing/R&D.
  • Lead site post-project evaluations and plan promotional activities within the I2M process.
  • Support the site director in developing the site strategy and plant roadmap.
  • Partner with the Product Supply team on sourcing and capacity expansion.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to build the site CAPEX budget and ensure prioritization of capital budget planning.
  • Integrate overall site change management agenda to ensure project delivery while maintaining service levels.
  • Manage ongoing reprioritization and support site productivity and improvement agenda.
