The Manager, Supply Chain Planning (Logistics) is responsible for driving Digital Appliance end-to-end supply chain execution with a strong focus on logistics planning, warehouse operations, and factory collaboration. This role partners closely with factories, logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure cost-efficient, reliable, and scalable supply chain execution while supporting business growth and operational stability. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with strong execution, proactively manage risks, and deliver measurable cost, service, and performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
  • 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with logistics execution, factory coordination, and warehouse operations
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings, operational improvements, and execution stability
  • Strong understanding of logistics planning, warehouse operations, and factory supply execution
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and drive execution under pressure
  • Experience with KPI management, performance reporting, and Executive dashboard
  • Advanced Excel skills; ERP/SAP experience is a must
  • English/Korean Bilingual required

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary planning interface between SEA and factories to align production plans, allocation priorities, and shipment execution
  • Lead regular factory-facing planning calls to resolve production constraints, FPO confirmation gaps, and urgent execution issues
  • Proactively identify production risks and coordinate mitigation plans with factory, logistics, and warehouse teams
  • Lead logistics-focused supply chain planning including Direct Ship, STO, X-Ship, and inbound/outbound awareness
  • Optimize shipment flows and inventory positioning to reduce logistics cost while maintaining service stability
  • Support Hub and Direct Ship planning activities in alignment with sales demand and operational capacity
  • Serve as a key planning interface between SEA and factories to align production, allocation, and shipment priorities
  • Lead weekly and ad-hoc factory calls to resolve material constraints, execution gaps, and urgent supply issues
  • Improve planning reliability through structured FPO management and confirmation governance
  • Partner closely with warehouse operations to manage capacity constraints, congestion risks, and execution readiness
  • Support warehouse performance through data-driven planning, capacity visibility, and inbound/outbound coordination
  • Drive proactive risk mitigation for peak volume, tariff-related disruption, and unexpected demand upside
  • Identify logistics inefficiencies and lead targeted actions to reduce unnecessary STO, cross-ship, and premium freight
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable cost savings and operational stability
  • Track, analyze, and communicate performance impacts to stakeholders and leadership
  • Develop and manage KPIs related to logistics execution, planning accuracy, and warehouse performance
  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights to leadership
  • Support weekly operational reviews and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
  • Lead and mentor junior planners or analysts as needed
  • Drive strong collaboration across SCM, Logistics, Warehouse, Factory, and Sales teams
  • Act as a problem solver and decision leader in fast-paced, high-impact operational environments
