About The Position

The Manager Supply Chain Operations NHMG will lead the Supply Chain efforts across Novant Health Medical Group (NHMG), serving as the primary point of contact for over 400 clinics. This role involves providing expertise in inventory management, logistics, procurement, finance, vendor management, and data analytics, while also participating in the NHMG leadership team to drive the organization's mission and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in leadership and management.
• Experience in supply chain within healthcare, retail, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong skills in inventory management, finance, logistics, and procurement.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and policies in supply chain operations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Familiarity with Lawson/Infor software suite and Ariba.
• Experience with EPIC software.
• Knowledge of inventory control techniques such as ABC evaluation and FIFO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Supply Chain point of contact for NHMG clinics.
• Provide leadership in inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
• Manage finance-related tasks including general ledger assignments and supply cost analysis.
• Oversee vendor management and ensure policy adherence.
• Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
• Participate in NHMG leadership team initiatives to drive organizational goals.
