About The Position

As the Manager of Omnichannel Fulfillment for North America at Nike, you will lead the Integrated Fulfillment Planning Organization, ensuring network readiness across the supply chain. This role requires a highly motivated leader with a passion for team development and problem-solving, capable of navigating both strategic initiatives and operational decision-making. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize inventory health and service levels, making data-driven decisions to enhance the efficiency of the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a similar quantitative field required.
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in business operations, supply chain, or business analytics/decision support required.
• Expertise in supply chain, business planning and operations, or transportation strongly preferred.
• Experience managing and coaching a team, with a focus on continuous learning and leadership development preferred.
• Professional skill level in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms preferred.
• Ability to sift through large amounts of data and make recommendations based on analysis.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy KPIs to measure utilization of the network and drive decision making.
• Determine inventory moves required to balance the network and work with cross-functional teams to execute those moves.
• Participate in the evolution of mid-range forecasting methodology for proactive decision making.
• Develop a tracking process to monitor network moves and ensure timely execution.
• Plan and lead peak moment preparedness activities.
