Overview • Department: Substance Abuse • Schedule: Days • Facility: Prime Healthcare St Francis Hospital • Location: Evanston, IL 60201 Responsibilities Develops and oversees a comprehensive Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for substance use disorders that aligns with community needs and supports the organization’s mission, philosophy, and goals. Ensures seamless integration of outpatient services within the hospital’s full continuum of care. Provides strong leadership and direction for program operations, ensuring adherence to organizational and departmental objectives. Delivers clinical supervision to staff in accordance with established standards and best practices. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1) Must have a minimum of a master’s degree in Human Services, Counseling or another helping field 2) Must have a current and valid license as a LCADC, LPC, LCSW or the equivalent, issued by the State. 3) Must have a minimum of three (3) years directing outpatient substance abuse treatment programs. 4) Must have a BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
