Responsible for all student support functions and coverage, financial aid counseling, training creation and updating, outreach activities, and administration of the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) policy. Aids in constructing and scheduling presentations and staffing Financial Aid programs. Acts as liaison with student support campus partner and stakeholder areas including Penguin Service Center, Admissions, Resch Academic Success Center, and First Year Student Services. Serves as a back-up for financial aid processing areas including verification, special circumstance analysis, and financial aid eligibility reviews. Creates, schedules production, and ensures distribution of financial aid marketing materials, newsletters, and email communications.
