About The Position
The Manager, Student Success position at Peninsula College is designed to provide holistic support to students enrolled in the Natural Resources program and to support workforce development initiatives specifically in natural resources. The role focuses on delivering culturally relevant academic and student support services that promote student access, retention, and success, as well as strengthening government-to-government relationships to support student recruitment, workforce development, and job placement in related natural resource sectors. This is a grant-funded position and is dependent on continued availability of funding.
