The Student Engagement Manager leads the student engagement team serving learners across Arizona Online, location-based programs, and continuing and professional education. This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of proactive student engagement initiatives designed to promote retention, persistence, and completion. The manager oversees a team of 9 online student engagement specialists and 2 location-based student engagement specialists who conduct targeted outreach, facilitate individualized support, and respond to learner needs throughout the academic lifecycle. In collaboration with university partners and the Director of Student Success, the manager ensures that engagement initiatives are learner-centered, data-informed, and aligned with institutional objectives. Arizona Online is the online campus of the University of Arizona. We offer undergraduate and graduate level degrees and certificates 100% online. We are dedicated to providing online courses that are just as rigorous and challenging as our on-campus classes. The team at Arizona Online provides full-service support to students, staff and faculty at all phases of a degree program's evolution. We work closely with colleges and faculty to develop, onboard and market degree programs. Arizona Online will also support our students every step of the way through their academic journey with resources for enrollment and advising.
