About The Position

The Manager, Origination Structuring will lead and manage the structuring and negotiation of renewable energy projects. This significant role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing financial analysis, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic projects. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in renewable energy, finance, and energy markets, with a proven track record of project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in renewable energy, finance, or energy markets.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics within the renewable energy sector.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with large-scale renewable energy projects and energy storage solutions.
• Professional certification in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring and negotiation of PPAs, financing agreements, and other project-related contracts.
• Manage and supervise financial analysis, modeling, and risk assessments.
• Engage with stakeholders, including customers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to drive project execution.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Oversee market research and analysis to drive informed project structuring decisions.
• Prepare and deliver high-level presentations, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
