The Manager, Strategy plays a critical role in driving growth for the Member Engagement & Transparency business, reporting to the VP, Strategy. This position operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, collaborating closely with business leadership to both shape future growth and ensure smooth operational functioning. The role is divided between key strategic projects, such as identifying, sizing, and evaluating new growth opportunities, markets, products, and partnership opportunities, and operational leadership, which involves operationalizing strategic initiatives and supporting the business's operating rhythm, including recurring meetings and planning cadences. This role demands a collaborative strategic thinker who can seamlessly transition between high-level strategy, creative problem-solving, and hands-on technical analysis.
