About the position

The Manager Strategy will support the Strategy team's efforts by pulling and analyzing raw data to uncover strategic insights, leveraging these data-driven insights to develop concrete action plans, crafting clear, concise narratives to share our strategic vision across the organization, maintaining a current perspective on industry news and activity, partnering with stakeholders across the organization to refine and develop our company strategy, and acting as a thought leader and sounding board to support senior functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Pulling and analyzing raw data to uncover strategic insights
• Leveraging data-driven insights to develop concrete action plans
• Crafting clear, concise narratives to share strategic vision
• Maintaining a current perspective on industry news and activity
• Partnering with stakeholders to refine and develop company strategy
• Acting as a thought leader and sounding board for senior leaders

Requirements

• 2-5 years of work experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Proven project management experience including the ability to create a workplan, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results on time
• Presentation experience including preparation of slides and ability to field questions from senior audience members
• Data analysis skills to identify, analyze and manipulate data for actionable insights

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with PowerBI
