About The Position

As a Manager at Konrad, you will lead strategy and management consulting engagements as well as design and technology delivery engagements. You will manage client expectations and ensure that delivery meets our client's needs, leading the team by example throughout the full project lifecycle. Your role will involve leveraging your past experience and Konrad's Strategy and Design Thinking Process to solve complex business problems and guide clients through brainstorming and creating impactful customer experiences. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and managing cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and developers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent experience in leading management consulting, strategy, design, and technology teams.
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence others.
• Clear understanding of complex management, business, and finance processes from various verticals.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving ability.
• Proven history of leading multiple large and complex programs simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of existing and emerging design, project management processes, and technology.
• Experience in mentoring and growing team members.

• Experience taking courses at BrainStation related to design and development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure understanding and meeting of project vision.
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing expectations and resolving issues independently.
• Proactively identify and solve problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Strategize and create software solutions for various clients and verticals.
• Lead user experience design thinking workshops with clients.
• Identify opportunities for business development with existing clients.
• Understand and interpret clients' business challenges and goals to deliver user experiences.
• Be a thought leader on existing and emerging technology trends.
• Mentor other team members.
