About The Position
As a Manager at Konrad, you will lead strategy and management consulting engagements as well as design and technology delivery engagements. You will manage client expectations and ensure that delivery meets our client’s needs, leading the team by example throughout the full project lifecycle. Your role will involve leveraging your past experience and Konrad’s Strategy and Design Thinking Process to solve complex business problems and guide clients through the creation of impactful end-to-end customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in leading medium and large teams and mentoring junior team members.
