You’ll be a trusted adviser to the executive team, a champion of organisational capability uplift, and a driver of innovation, continuous improvement, and change. This role acts as the key liaison with Monash HR and drives L&D initiatives and staff development. You’ll bring people together, cut through complexity, and ensure the Division is positioned to deliver on its priorities now and into the future.
