The Manager, Strategy Development is responsible for creating the foundation for the strategic plans and decisions that will shape Global Operations for years to come. This will include creating and maintaining models that reflect the current state and utilizing them to test future scenarios. This position reports to the Director, Strategy Development and is part of the Strategy and PMO, Global Operations and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Breakdown significant strategical problems through quantitative thinking and analysis. Build, maintain, and own models that create clarity from complexity and leverage to identify strategic opportunities. Visualize and communicate solutions to influence decision making throughout the organization. Collaborate in teams and with people at all levels of the organization to build and test hypotheses. Adapt to changing and often ambiguous situations as strategies take shape in the early development phases.
