Requirements

  • Extensive experience in large, multi-market healthcare systems.
  • Expertise in healthcare data, market intelligence, strategic planning, and policy trends.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree (Preferred): Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (MBA), or another healthcare-related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team delivering insights at the intersection of consumer, market, and business intelligence.
  • Translate data into business plans, proformas, and cost-benefit analyses to support growth initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, payor shifts, competitors, and regulatory requirements, including CON processes.
  • Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to influence strategy, optimize services, and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams, ensuring operational efficiency, talent growth, and effective communication.
  • Lead initiatives that shape the future of healthcare delivery and organizational growth.
