Requirements

  • Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance.
  • More than 8 years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex strategic iniatives and projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of business intelligence and market research tools,
  • Proficient in project management software and collaboration platforms to manage and track initiatives effectibely.
  • Analytical mindset to monitor program effectivness and realign strategies based on performance data.
  • Willingness to travel (25%)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and execute the company’s long‑term strategic roadmap by conducting market analyses, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders around strategic priorities.
  • Proactively source, evaluate, and prioritize potential acquisition, partnership, and divestiture opportunities; conduct strategic fit assessments; and maintain a structured M&A pipeline aligned with corporate growth goals.
  • Synthesize complex data and analyses into clear, compelling materials for senior leadership and the board, enabling data‑driven decisions on strategy, investments, and transactions.
  • Track market, competitor, and technology trends; provide strategic implications to leadership; and ensure the organization stays ahead of market shifts through timely insights and scenario analyses.
  • Oversee project management of business development programs, monitoring their effectiveness and realigning strategies when necessary.
