About The Position

Our Global Supply Chain operates as a unified virtual system with our customers and suppliers by acting as seamless extensions of their operations. We offer customized, flexible and integrated supply chain solutions, supported by a global technology platform and a dedicated, market-focused team. Our Market Operations SCM team is responsible for supply chain processes and systems design & deployment, flawless product launches, global logistics and broader business execution, including working capital management. Our supplier quality team works with site quality engineering staff to set and monitor consistent supplier quality performance KPI’s, address supplier performance issues, and drive ongoing quality performance improvement. With leading supply chain capabilities and integrated services tailored to meet our customers' unique requirements, our unified supply chain is adaptive and responsive to continuous change. Responsibilities

Maintains responsibility for a set of projects developed by Celestica’s Global Design Services organization.
Provides direction for source selection and ensures proper process implementation.
Leads the Commodity Management teams to ensure negotiations meet business requirements and growth plans.
Leads the supply chain management process for customers from materials pricing and BOM analysis to delivery execution and flexibility performance.
Quotes and negotiates critical high dollar or strategic commodities or provides the direction to team of commodity managers. Provides leadership in the analysis of costed customer bids or quarterly BOM Costing exercises for global customers.
Works with Global Design team to optimize Design for supply chain performance of Celestica products.
Provides direction to Commodity Management Teams on contract negotiations.
Supports quarterly business reviews with customers, and with senior management at key/strategic suppliers.
Provides leadership and direction with respect to interaction with suppliers. Leads process development and development of commodity strategies.
