About The Position

The Sourcing Operations Manager at Seattle Children's Hospital is responsible for developing and managing operational sourcing strategies, overseeing the divisional procurement team, and collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on ensuring continuity of supplies through cost-effective resource utilization, efficient work processes, and the implementation of sourcing best practices. The manager will drive continuous performance improvement, enhance staff engagement, and reduce costs while sharing accountability with the Supply Chain leadership team to achieve sourcing and supply chain goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of leadership experience in Strategic Sourcing and/or Supply Chain management.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience in procurement management and knowledge of products to be sourced.
• Proven team facilitation experience.

• MBA, MHA, or equivalent.
