Lead the charge in transforming academic vision into real-world impact as the Manager, Strategic Research Development and Engagement. In this high-impact leadership role, you will operationalize the Faculty of IT’s Research Plan, driving the growth and diversification of research income through elite partnership building with industry and government. You’ll head a specialist team to identify strategic opportunities and bridge capabilities across the University, ensuring our diverse research portfolio reaches its full global potential. Responsibilities

  • Driving Funding Success : Identifying emerging research trends and leading the end-to-end development of winning, high-value proposals and business cases.
  • Building Strategic Partnerships : Acting as a key advisor to senior leadership while cultivating strong, productive relationships with industry, government, and internal stakeholders.
  • Leading Team Performance : Managing a high-performing specialist team to deliver complex research services, financial modeling, and operational excellence across the Faculty.
