About The Position

As the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead the management and execution of contracts for our growing strategic partnerships both domestically and internationally. This role will partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Business Development, and other stakeholders to oversee partnership contracts, ensure compliance, and support strategic initiatives that expand our global telehealth footprint. The ideal candidate brings significant experience in the pharmaceutical arena, with a strong background in international contract negotiation. Experience in the telemedicine industry is a strong plus. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnership, this leader will own contract strategy, drive process improvements, and strengthen our partner relationships.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in contract management, business development, or partnership management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience negotiating and managing international contracts.
  • Background in telemedicine or digital health is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines across geographies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operational teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of partnership contracts, including drafting, negotiation, renewals, and amendments.
  • Support both international partnerships and U.S. strategic partners by ensuring timely execution of agreements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams to align contracts with business goals.
  • Develop scalable processes for contract management, documentation, and tracking across multiple markets.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor partnership performance and contract efficiency.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, particularly in pharmaceuticals and telehealth, to inform partnership strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights on contractual risks, opportunities, and best practices.
