About The Position

As a Manager at Kearney , you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Strategic Operations (SOP) practice as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients. Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will work alongside our clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in this ever-changing market environment. Requirements

  • Insightful, inquisitive, collaborative
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have functional experience in one or more of the following areas\: Supply Chain Manufacturing Strategy Quality Operations / Production Maintenance Digital Manufacturing Engineering / Continuous Improvement Shop floor experience
  • Are located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Toronto, or Washington, DC.
  • Fluent in English.
  • MBA degree preferred with 8+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience working as a Management Consultant required.
  • Experience managing proposal writing efforts; participating in pitches for consulting work; developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships.
  • Passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues.
  • Have managed at least one major workstream of the business design.
