In this role, you will be the bridge between data and decision-making, working closely with leaders across various functions. Your insights will drive strategic direction and operational excellence. You'll engage with analytics teams to develop innovative reporting methodologies, ensuring that both client and business needs are met. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, data analysis, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics or reporting with customer management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, SQL, Business Objects, and Power BI.
  • Experience working with patient-centric healthcare data.
  • Proven ability to present complex ideas effectively to senior leadership.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly specialty and/or orphan drugs.
  • Familiarity with IT project management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of problem, change, and incident management practices (ITIL).

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leaders to analyze and understand both internal and external needs.
  • Establish and execute product ownership strategies related to data products.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for analytics methodology design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with BI and Reporting teams to enhance existing reporting and measurement systems.
  • Develop client-centric analytics and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate strategic insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and data explorations using advanced techniques.
  • Conduct analysis under limited data conditions and recommend strategies.
  • Understand business priorities to conduct effective analyses.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned, with occasional travel (5%).
