Role Overview ServiceTitan is seeking a Manager of Strategic Customer Sales to lead a team of sales professionals responsible for optimizing contract renewals and expanding revenue via core platform expansions and adoption of ServiceTitan’s Pro Product modules within a designated book of Strategic Customers. This leader will coach, develop, and scale the go-to-market strategy for an enterprise sales team focused on expanding revenue across ServiceTitan’s largest, most strategic customers.
