About The Position
This is a role for a results-focused, growth-oriented professional in the stock administration profession to join and play a leadership role in our stock plan services consulting practice. The role blends technical expertise in stock administration, a client-centric approach to service, and growing and developing a team. As a Manager, you'll apply your experience in stock administration to lead client engagements of varying capacities, from full outsourcing to project-specific support. You will both oversee client relationships and directly contribute to them as an early member of this new practice within the broader Equity Methods services portfolio. You will grow and manage a team, learn how to manage a distinct business unit, and develop process architecture to facilitate scaling and reduce risk.
