About The Position

Manage and supervise supply functions, processing and distribution of medical supplies. Responsible for department Quality Assurance and supervision and training of personnel.

Requirements

High School Graduate.
One (1) year previous experience.
Knowledge of principles of accepted practice related to management of SPD Department
Knowledge of accepted personnel practices.
Ability to work well with people
Ability to handle conflict
Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written directions.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquires or complaints.
Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, top management, public groups, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to comprehend and apply advanced mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plan and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and deal with a variety of concrete and abstract variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Skilled at assessment and knowledgeable of growth and development.
Provides appropriate care respective to the ages of the patients served per clinical environment.
Ability to see, hear, stand, sit and lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
