About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Statistical Programming. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and commercialization of innovative cancer immunotherapies, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to drive the production of high-quality statistical outputs. Your expertise will support regulatory and scientific objectives, contributing to meaningful advances in cancer treatments. Requirements

  • BS/MS/PhD in Biostatistics/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech.
  • Hands-on experience in oncology, hematology, and cell therapy is preferred.
  • Knowledge of long-term follow-up trial designs.
  • Experience with regulatory submissions (e.g., NDA, BLA, MAA).
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical programming processes and standards.
  • Proficiency in SAS software and CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM).
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience in oncology, hematology, and cell therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Clinical Development staff to meet project deliverables and timelines.
  • Generate or oversee programming deliverables for study reports and summaries.
  • Participate in meetings to share experiences and discuss process enhancements.
  • Recommend training opportunities for team members.
  • Ensure programming and documentation follow departmental procedures.
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent programming projects.
  • Resolve study-related issues within therapeutic projects.
  • Facilitate interaction with Clinical Data Science and Regulatory Affairs.
