About The Position
Manage the PM organization - manager for small team of Project Managers for a growing and diverse System Engineering team delivering customer facing - system engineering projects Project Management execution - actively project manage planning and execution of large complex System Engineering projects to meet customer's and internal stakeholders' requirements & expectations Grow the PM organization - develop and grow the Project Management organization for support of Customer projects, Profitability, Processes, Resource Management, Risk, Planning, Strategic growth and development Work collaboratively with across the organization - sales, system architecture and engineering, design, mechanical engineering, production, order management, procurement and contracts Develop presentations and reporting - Project Status Reporting Support new sales proposals and quotations - Statements of Work, Risk Analysis, SOW Task Estimates, etc. Domestic and/or Overseas Travel
