To lead the development and execution of a benefits realization strategy across a portfolio of projects, ensuring measurable financial outcomes and alignment with organizational objectives. This role will act as a key link between program delivery teams, MAST senior Leadership and other leaderships across the business by driving value assurance and embedding benefits-focused thinking across the organization. Essential Functions: Benefits realization, Framework: Design, implement, and maintain a robust benefits realization framework for all projects and programs. Ensure benefits are clearly defined, quantified, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle. Financial Value Delivery: Partner with Finance and Program Directors to identify, validate, and monitor financial benefits. Provide regular reporting on benefits achievement against targets, highlighting variances and corrective actions. Strategic Oversight: Maintain visibility of interdependencies and risks that could impact benefits delivery. Influence decision-making to prioritize initiatives that maximize financial and strategic value. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on benefits realization and value assurance. Facilitate workshops and communications to embed benefits thinking across teams. Process Assurance: Establish clear processes for benefits tracking and reporting. Support audit and compliance requirements related to financial benefits. Continuous Improvement & Best Practice Sharing: Drive ongoing improvement by reviewing lessons learned, benchmarking against industry standards, and sharing best practices across the organization to enhance benefits realization maturity. Change Management & Communication: Support change management initiatives related to benefits realization, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all impacted teams. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Scope: Proven experience in program management and benefits realization within a complex organization. Problem-solving: Demonstrated ability to analyses complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions that maximize organizational value. Impact: Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement. Leadership: Ability to influence at senior levels and lead cross-functional teams.
