Northern California Territory Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base + commission Additional: Car allowance, phone stipend (BYOD), benefits Travel: ~40–60% (2–3 days per week) We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead sales efforts for SpectraTurf products across Northern California—covering LA County north through the Oregon border, and east to Nevada. This role focuses heavily on developing business within the public sector, including schools, municipalities, architects, parks & recreation, and general contractors, with a strong emphasis on building long‑term relationships and driving market growth. If you have a background in playground surfacing, recreational equipment, construction materials, or architect/GC‑driven sales, you’ll excel in this role.
