About The Position
UKG is seeking a results driven, customer-focused, problem solver to join our team as a Manager, Specialty Product Support. They will manage a team of 10-15 representatives responsible for supporting payroll customers with payment services related needs. Leading and developing our U Krewers, managing daily operations, ensuring we deliver high quality customer service and driving process improvements are the major components of the position. The best candidate will be someone who desires a deep and broad understanding of the business, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and has proven experience initiating and driving process improvement objectives. This is a hybrid role. The employee will be expected to work 3 days/week onsite at a US based UKG office.
