About The Position

The Manager of Specialty Compliance and Ethics at Walmart plays a crucial role in the Item Policy team within Global Marketplace and eCommerce Compliance. This position is responsible for developing and enforcing policies to ensure that compliant products are sold on Walmart.com. The Manager will collaborate with various teams, including Compliance, Legal, and Merchandising, to draft policies, provide training, and enhance compliance programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
• 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
• Experience partnering with Legal or Regulatory Compliance teams.
• Data Analytics & Visualization skills - Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to build strong work relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Project Management Certification.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of controls for the eCommerce platform by collaborating with subject matter experts and legal teams.
• Draft policies and guidance materials to train and raise awareness about prohibited items on Walmart.com.
• Monitor items sold on Walmart.com in partnership with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of compliance programs across various subject matter areas.
