About The Position

Join Walmart's U.S.-based Anti-Corruption team to assist managing a key subset of its Global Anti-Corruption program. The Manager, Anti-Corruption Compliance - Global Charitable Giving is critical to ensuring the successful implementation and enhancement of the Corporate Anti-Corruption program in the U.S. market. In this role, you will engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate anti-corruption and related risk for Walmart US, Ecommerce, Walmart Global Technology Services, and the Walmart Foundation.

Requirements

  • Proven success developing, implementing, or monitoring of governance functions such as ethics or compliance.
  • Experience with anti-corruption and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
  • Experience with third party due diligence software and review of due diligence reports.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within a corporate environment.
  • A process-minded approach looking for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders across various levels.
  • A methodical mindset, strong organization, and the ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Juris Doctorate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the due diligence intake process for international donations & sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify, conduct due diligence review, and negotiate the inclusion of anti-corruption contract language with all international donations and sponsorships.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with the Walmart Global Anti-Corruption Policy and Procedures for all international donations and sponsorships, including Walmart Foundation Grants.
  • Provide support focused for ongoing implementation of the expanded scope ABAC Program enhancing controls to address U.S. domestic corruption risks.
  • Assist with the design and execution of remediation plans for monitoring findings by Audit, Level I & II.
  • Track and monitor of annual anti-corruption training and certifications.
  • Develop and deliver anti-corruption training and awareness content to associates across multiple business units and TPI's.
  • Collaborate with financial teams and other business units to ensure compliance with Walmart's financial controls.
  • Facilitate annual Risk Assessments for international and U.S. scope, including responsibility for design and execution of TPI-related management action plans associated with contributing business units.
  • Monitor of Government Expenditure and HR Screening controls, to identify and mitigate corruption risk.
