As Manager, you’ll help shape the future of Walmart’s Fashion Intimates and Sleep business, working cross-functionally to deliver value and growth.
Requirements
- Global sourcing, merchandising, or procurement experience in Fashion/Women’s categories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related area and 3 years’ experience in sourcing OR 5 years’ experience in sourcing, Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related areas.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate business priorities and drive results.
- Bilingual in English and one or more language used to transact business in assigned country.
- Project Management certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing.
- Experience working for a retailer, or major brand, importer/agent serving a major retail customer.
Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing processes for Domestic and Direct Import strategies.
- Oversee costing and quality for Omni channel sourcing and operations.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
- Lead sourcing opportunities and ensure supplier capability.
- Guide partners and suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and price goals.
- Analyze data and compile reports to support business decisions.
