SUMMARY Manager, Source to Pay Systems is a source to pay system and process expert who supports and maintains GameStop’s source to pay systems in a consultative or functional role. The primary objective of this role is to provide system expertise, technical support, and project management for GameStop’s source-to-pay process area. The manager will be a key member of the global SAP technology team who will support current SAP S4/HANA and lead a SAP ARIBA implementation. An individual in this role has experience working with cross functional teams at all levels of the organization. Both technical and functional source-to-pay process experience is required to independently evaluate and deliver leading practice solutions for complex process problems in both SAP S4/HANA and Ariba. This is a hands-on role that is responsible for system configuration changes and testing. The manager will be accountable for the results of assigned projects and workstreams that focus on delivering process redesign and automation. This position sits on site 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
7+ yrs. functional experience in an Accounting, Procurement, or Accounts Payable role
5+ yrs. experience hands-on configuration of SAP S4/HANA
2+ SAP S4/HANA implementation cycles
Ariba system implementation and administration experience
Ability to lead project workshops for global user base
Proficient ability to build consensus among groups

Nice To Haves

SAP consulting firm experience
5+ yrs. of experience in financial transformation roles
5+ yrs. of project management experience
5+ yrs. experience in a functional role using SAP S4/HANA
Expert level understanding of SAP architecture, tables, reporting tools
Expert understanding of enterprise business process integrations and workflows

Responsibilities

Work closely with business process owners to prioritize, plan, and manage the design, testing and implementation of system enhancements that deliver objective efficiency improvements in source-to-pay end-to-end process cycle.
Responsible for on time delivery of enhancement and support projects using SAP S4/HANA and Ariba
Plan, develop and execute Ariba system enhancements and changes
Plan, develop and execute SAP system enhancements and changes
Lead UAT for system changes with business process owners
Make key decisions on setup of system ensuring that all functionality and internal controls are incorporated
Manage and execute the S2P roadmap and continued assessment of applications throughout the organization
Understand current state integrations between SAP, Ariba, and all other systems integrated into either, identify gaps, propose improvements, and evaluate integration solution alternatives as needed
Understand current state finance system and business processes, identify gaps, propose improvements, and evaluate solution alternatives
Develop and document new financial system procedures and identify areas where training is needed working closely with functional business process owners
Develop and deliver functional training to end users ensuring effective utilization of SAP financial systems
Manage the conversion of data to financial systems and reconcile to ensure data integrity
Coordinate and lead system-related projects and initiatives such as, new system functionality and/or new technologies
Research source-to-pay best practices to identify and implement capabilities that drive optimization of processes and automation through financial systems technology including existing and emerging technologies
Work closely with leadership to define priorities, direction, and timelines
Provide inputs into resource plans, budgets, tracking and forecasting
