About The Position

As the Manager of Solutions Architecture at SmartRecruiters, you will lead a team of seasoned technical experts operating at the intersection of Product Strategy and Enterprise Consulting. You will provide the high-level guidance and strategic orchestration necessary to empower your team as they navigate complex architectural challenges and will ensure that their deep field insights inform the product roadmap.

  • Industry Authority: Comfortable serving as a visible technical voice, whether contributing to technical content or representing SmartRecruiters’ vision at industry events
  • Operational Excellence & Growth Mindset: A consistent track record of high performance in fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage change and build repeatable patterns (playbooks/blueprints) that help a senior team scale

Responsibilities

  • Leadership of Seasoned Experts: Manage a team of experienced SAs - helping them to navigate executive-level technical hurdles and complex architectural discussions
  • Orchestrate the team’s involvement in our highest-priority deals and migrations, ensuring the right expertise is applied to critical topics such as governance, security, data privacy and emerging AI architecture
  • Maintain a "player-coach" model by actively participating in core SA activities alongside the team
  • Driving the Intersection of Product Strategy & Enterprise Consulting: Guide the SA team through the evolution of their function as it moves toward a strategic, product-focused model. You will ensure the team remains high-performing and aligned during changes in methodology and strategy
  • Foster a culture where SAs act as a vital bridge to R&D. You will ensure that the deep field intelligence gathered from complex enterprise environments is systematically fed back into the product lifecycle
  • Serve as the primary steward of the operational engagement and activity of SAs in the overall GTM motion. This includes establishing and maintaining clear guidelines on how and when to effectively engage them, and managing the ongoing balance between GTM demands and safeguarding the team's strategic focus
  • Enablement, Standards & Best Practices: Work with the broader business to ensure the team’s output, such as reference architectures and blueprints, enables the broader organization to deliver confidently against the latest product capabilities. Ensure the team transforms insights from complex implementations into scalable technical standards and migration playbooks, allowing Partners and Professional Services to execute with greater precision
  • Strategic Influence: Represent the SA function in cross-functional forums, ensuring that technical challenges and customer needs are clearly understood and addressed by both GTM and Product leadership
