About The Position
At Workday, we are looking for a Solution Consulting Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Architects on our Office of the CIO team. This role is essential to Workday's long-term success and involves working closely with Account Executives, Regional Sales Directors, and Sales Consulting Managers to cover active accounts in your territory. You will assist your team in growing their careers and drive collaboration and innovation across the entire oCIO Solution Consulting organization. Your team will engage in deep discovery and demonstrate the value of next-generation cloud-based Workday solutions across the dynamic financial services industries. A key focus area for every Solution Consulting leader at Workday is to mentor and guide our team, ensuring the continual advancement of each team member in both skills and knowledge, enabling them to guide Workday's customers to outstanding business outcomes.
