Roles and Responsibilities: This position focuses on supporting and optimizing SAP Quality Management (QM) processes within manufacturing environments. We are looking for a SAP QM Consultant who will design, configure, and support end-to-end production and quality workflows. Configure and support SAP QM modules to meet manufacturing and quality management requirements. Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Support end-to-end production planning processes including MRP, capacity planning, shop floor control, and production orders. Configure and manage quality processes such as inspection planning, quality notifications, audits, and defect management. Integrate QM with related SAP modules (MM, SD, WM/EWM). Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve defects and issues. Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and perform root-cause analysis. Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for enhancements and custom developments. Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities. Requirements
