Lead software verification team for NVIDIA's InfiniBand & NVLINK switch OS, the networking technology behind the AI revolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or MS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ overall years of industry experience and 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Proficiency in Python/C/C++ programming.
• Experience with Firmware or BSP/Drivers.
• Ability to self-teach and learn quickly.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Linux & Networking.
• Excellent social and written communication skills.
• Experience with internal and external customers.
• Working knowledge of automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding a group of software developers.
• Leading the development of testing infrastructure & capabilities.
• Leading all aspects of new features and platforms testing coverage.
• Being actively hands-on (50%) in OS software coding and debugging.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including Hardware, Firmware, DevOps, etc.
